Laundry deliveries will be completed within 72 hours.
Dry cleaning garments will be delivered within 170 hours.
Urgent delivery requests will incur an additional charge of 50%.
Free pick-up and delivery are available for laundry orders weighing 6 kg or more.
While every effort is made to deliver garments on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed regarding revised delivery timelines.
Customers are advised to inspect garments at the time of delivery.

Liability & Care

The Laundry Matters is not responsible for color fastness, running of colors, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments, embroidery, or delicate work during the cleaning process.
While we make every effort to remove stains, The Laundry Matters will not be liable for persistent or unremovable stains.
All garments are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
We are not responsible for the maintenance of garments that are not collected within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.
The Laundry Matters does not accept liability for loss or damage to garments resulting from fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.

Garment tariffs are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on garment complexity. Prices listed are indicative and may vary.
Cleaning methods will be selected by our technicians as deemed appropriate and may include emulsifiers, detergents, softeners, soft washes for delicate fabrics, and technologies such as Perchloroethylene and Hydrocarbon.

The Laundry Matters maintains an active presence on all major social media platforms.
All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
We may use images of your garments for promotional or marketing purposes.
